ReplyDeleteNo one has it easier than you if they deal with anxiety. My anxiety has much improved since I began the anxiety counseling cincinnati, where I used to battle on a regular basis. You will find therapists here who are adept at helping you manage your emotions and who are caring and understanding. Think about trying therapy if you're sick of feeling overwhelmed. When you start working on the root causes, you'll be amazed at how much better you feel.
